Welcome to the Sedgefield Neighborhood
Sedgefield is very near and dear to our hearts. As our previously secret little community is discovered by more and more people we want us to all stay connected to news and information relevant to our great community.
The New Sedgefield Website has been a labor of love by a dedicated team of volunteers investing hours and hours of work in an effort to bring Sedgefield a top-notch website that will be both useful and informative. If you have suggestions on how we can improve the website to service the community better, please let us know.

The neighborhood association is coordinating a Sedgefield Neighborhood Yard Sale on Saturday, 9/21 from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. If you’ve ever thought of setting up a yard sale for yourself, but don’t want to deal with the hassle of getting a permit, doing the marketing, and having thrifters show up on your doorstep at the crack of dawn, this is the opportunity for you! If you are interested in participating as a seller, please sign up and register for a spot. This will help us plan out the space, and also allow us to include all items in our advertising.

RESCHEDULED - Tree Mapping Workshop
Date / Time: TBD
Location: Sedgefield United Methodist Church (Map)
The Sedgefield Neighborhood Association has partnered with the City of Charlotte and their Tree by Tree program to host a tree identification event in our neighborhood. Keeping track of the trees in our city is one of the best ways we can protect, maintain and grow the tree canopy in Charlotte. Join us for some free coffee and donuts before heading out on a walk of the neighborhood where we will identify and document the trees on city property. You can be part of the Tree Mapping project to inventory trees and track their ecological value to cleaner air, water, health, and ecosystems.
